These are the terms for using A9 Stockroom during early access. By signing in you agree to them. They are short on purpose.

Early access

Stockroom is in early access. We're onboarding a small number of property teams by hand, and some features, including some Pro features, are still being built. Things will change, and we'll tell you about changes that affect you. The price you start at is the price you keep for as long as you stay, as described in the pricing section of our home page.

Your account

Access is by invitation. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. A company owner decides who in the company gets an invitation and what role they have. You're responsible for what happens under your company's accounts.

Your data

What you put into Stockroom stays yours. You give us permission to store it and process it only so we can run the service for you. See our privacy page for what we keep and how to get it exported or deleted.

Using Stockroom

Use it for running your own inventory. Don't try to get into another company's data, overload the service, or use it to break the law.

Price and billing

Pricing is per property per month, as shown on our home page. We'll agree billing details with you before you're charged anything.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Stockroom running and your data safe, and we back it up every night. But it's provided as is during early access, with no promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Check counts that matter.

Ending

You can stop using Stockroom whenever you like and ask us to export or delete your data. We can end access if these terms are broken, and we'll give you a chance to export your data first unless that would put others at risk.
