A9 Stockroom is made by Atlas9 LLC. This page says in plain words what we keep, where it lives, and how to get it back or gone.
What we store
- Your account: your name, work email and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), and which company you belong to and your role there.
- Your company's inventory: the folders, items, quantities, prices, jobs and history your team enters, and the photos you upload.
- Sign-in records: when you signed in and from which device, so we can keep your account safe.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your inventory to train anything.
Request access on this website
When you ask for access, the form sends us an email with what you typed (your email, and your name, company and number of properties if you filled them in) and sends you a short confirmation. We keep nothing from the form in a database. The email sits in our inbox like any other, and we delete it if you ask. To stop automated abuse, the form counts requests per network address for one hour; it keeps only a scrambled version of the address and drops it after the hour.
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you across sites.
Where it lives
The app and its database run on a server that Atlas9 operates. The database is backed up every night, and those backups are kept for 30 days in Cloudflare R2 storage. Photos are kept in Cloudflare R2 too, and are served only to signed-in people in your own company. Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's. Email goes out through Resend. This website is served by Cloudflare.
Export and delete
Your company's data is yours. Write to support@a9stockroom.com and we'll send you a full export, delete your account, or delete your whole company's data. We'll confirm who you are first, and we aim to finish within 7 days. Deleted data leaves the live system right away and ages out of the nightly backups within 30 days.
